Relax and Unwind in the North York Moors

Green End is a small peaceful hamlet nestled between Goathland and Grosmont and just 8 miles from the coast. Our family-run cottages are situated in the heart of the beautiful North York Moors. The cottages sit within 28 acres of lovely fields and woodland and enjoy outstanding views of the moors and the famous North Yorkshire Steam Railway. It is a perfect getaway for families, couples and friends, people who love nature, peace and quiet and plenty of fresh air.

Discover tranquil luxury in the North York Moors

All our cottages are dog-friendly. The Cow Barn is our largest barn. Originally a milking shed, it offers accommodation for 4 and has 2 bathrooms. The Sheep Shed can also sleep 4 and is step-free within the barn. The Stables is our smaller property, a renovated stable. It can sleep 2 but can also sleep 3 or 4 if required. It’s perfect for stargazing and train spotting.
